The product CVnavigator is an online portal, for individuals to load their CV information and for enterprices and govermental institutions to use this information as a strategic and operational tool for boosting their productivity. CV navigator has an import engine which is capable of importing any and mutiple Word or PDF document into the database. All text in the imported CV’s is fully searchable once imported. Skills and contact information is automatically structured in the database without any user interaction. CVnavigator is also capable of interfacing with other services such as LinkedIn in order to collect data and information and supports different layers of shared information
As the central skill database organically grows – so does the the skill set of any CV. CVnavigator memorizes the original CV and the intelligence of CV Navigator automatically extracts and assigns new relevant skills to a CV.
CVnavigator has unique concepts such as CVscorecard, skill mapping and mass import engine all ending up in an intellectual human potential report for use as a tactical and operational tool.
